Meet Our Team

  • Headmaster, Development Director & Art

    Collin Konetzke

After graduation from UW Madison, Collin spent two years serving as a FOCUS Missionary and Team Director in Rhode Island. For the last five years, he worked at a local Catholic software consulting company. During his time there, he helped scale the company from 5 to 50 employees and wore a record-setting number of hats: department lead, project manager, graphic designer, recruiter, and director of culture.

Recently, after teaching art part time part-time at Chesterton Academy - Queen of Martyrs, the Lord called him back into full-time ministry work with the school. This year, he will serve as the Headmaster of our school while spearheading our development efforts and continuing to teach art. In his free time, Collin stays active as an artist and iconographer, and can be found gardening or hiking with his wife (and fellow Chesterton teacher) Annika.

  • Math & Science

    Annika Konetzke

Annika's academic experience, highlighted by her Bachelor of Science in Integrative Biology from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana, reflects her deep-seated commitment to understanding the intricacies of the natural world. From Molecular and Cellular Biology to Organic Chemistry, her coursework has provided a solid foundation upon which she continues to build her pedagogical expertise as a teacher.

Her dedication to nurturing young minds has been evident throughout her career. Most recently, at St. Maria Goretti Catholic School, she not only taught Science and Math but also played a pivotal role in selecting a new science curriculum that harmoniously blends Christian principles with classical education. As a prior teacher at Chesterton Academy of The Holy Family in Lisle, IL, Annika's return to the Chesterton family brings with it a sense of camaraderie and shared dedication to the mission of classical education. Her time there has undoubtedly equipped her with invaluable insights and strategies of our distinctive educational approach that she will now bring to enrich the educational journey of our students.

Annika's journey transcends conventional academia, as evidenced by her time with the Missionaries of Charity, where she immersed herself in a life of service and contemplation. Her experiences as a FOCUS Missionary further underscore her holistic approach to education, where mentorship and spiritual growth are as integral as academic pursuits.

  • Latin, Music & Philosophy

    Anna Lenshek

Mrs. Lenshek has been teaching Latin, Music, and Philosophy at Chesterton Academy - Queen of Martyrs since Fall 2024.  She earned a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Thomas Aquinas College (Santa Paula, CA), a B.Ed. from Brock University (Ontario, Canada), and an M.A. in Philosophy at the Catholic University of America (Washington, DC).

Mrs. Lenshek has more than a decade of experience teaching in classical schools, including 3 years teaching Latin and literature at Hawthorn School for Girls in Toronto, and 5 years teaching undergraduate philosophy as a teaching fellow at Catholic University.

Mrs. Lenshek is grateful for the opportunity to share with students the ancient wisdom of Greece and Rome, and the riches of our Catholic tradition.  As a lifelong lover of traditional church music, she especially enjoys the way the Latin and music classes build on each other in Chesterton's integrated curriculum, and the way singing shapes the daily life of the school.

  • Humanities

    Aidan Luzarraga

Aidan is a recent graduate of Wyoming Catholic College, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts through a rigorous Great Books program rooted in the Catholic intellectual tradition. His academic formation included Socratic seminars, classical texts, and outdoor leadership through the college’s Experiential Leadership Program, which involved planning and guiding wilderness expeditions designed to build resilience, communication, and teamwork.

Aidan brings a deep love for classical Catholic education, having experienced it firsthand in both high school and college. Through his involvement with the Totus Tuus program, he has taught Theology to students in grades 1–12, led youth groups, and given talks and one-on-one mentorship rooted in the Catholic faith.

In the classroom, Aidan is passionate about forming the whole person, mind, body, and soul, by creating a structured and dynamic environment where students encounter truth, goodness, and beauty. This year, he will be teaching History, Theology, Rhetoric, PE/Dance, Literature, and Drama at Chesterton Academy – Queen of Martyrs.

Aidan is also our Cross Country Coach, drawing on his own athletic experience and leadership skills to help students grow in discipline, perseverance, and camaraderie. We are thrilled to welcome him to the team and look forward to all the gifts he brings to our school community.

  • Theology & History

    Francesca Redington

Francesca is a joyful Catholic devoted to forming students in both the knowledge of Ancient History and New Testament Theology.  One of the first graduates of Chesterton Academy of Milwaukee, she is shaped by the classical, Catholic approach to education. She recently earned her Bachelor of Science in Communications Media from John Paul the Great Catholic University, where she studied the power of narrative, culture, and tradition in the life of the Church. She is determined to impress upon students the will to continually wonder at God and His creation. Being the product of a lifetime of catholic education, Francesca is eager to continue to form generations to come.

While her background is primarily in art and social sciences, she built up knowledge of history and theology in her journey to pursue insight on creation through God. From case studies on lives of saints to extensive history books to long fantasy novels, Francesca is constantly reading. She is always marveling at the world, picking up new knowledge, and trying to grow in Christ.

Francesca learned and taught Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, a Montessori-based approach to religious formation that nurtures a child’s relationship with God through Scripture, liturgy, and hands-on learning. This work has deeply influenced her approach to older students, it is grounded in reverence, wonder, and the understanding that every student is capable of a genuine relationship with Christ.

She has a concurrent position working with the Wisconsin Historical Society as a docent at Old World Wisconsin, expounding on history to anyone who will listen. This exercises her ability to keep history interesting and understandable and to focus on details while keeping in mind the bigger picture.

This all feeds Francesca’s passion for exploring history and the world through a catholic lens. Often visiting new places and researching the history of buildings, art, significant events, and notable people to see God’s hands working though all of it
