CLT8 Placement Exam

Our pledge is to ensure that each student receives education tailored to their academic level through qualified instructors.

To determine the courses required, we request all interested students to undergo a placement examination. This will enable us to recruit the appropriate teachers for our school, ensuring that every student receives comprehensive instruction from hired staff.

What is it?

The Classic Learning Test (CLT)® offers assessments based on classical education that provide a meaningful metric of students’ abilities, offering students, teachers, and parents with detailed results and scoring. Emphasizing critical thinking and problem-solving, the exam evaluates reading, grammar, and mathematics and provides a reliable and comprehensive assessment of a student’s aptitude and achievement.

Why does my student need to take it?

Results from the CLT exam enable us to assess each student's proficiency level effectively in order to guide their success. This decision is aimed at ensuring that students are accurately placed in the appropriate course levels and allows us to hire the staff needed to create the best learning environment for your family.

How do you complete it and what does it cost?

In order to make this as convenient as possible for families, you can take the exam from the comfort of your home. The cost to complete the exam is $39.
